The acronym LGBTQ, as we use it here, is inclusive of people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, genderqueer, questioning, intersex, and allies, across differences of race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, ability, social class, age, nationality, and transnationality.
